Guy developed the Pietra recipe with Armelle and Dominique. He stayed at the brewery until his retirement. But he is still around to support the team with its new projects.
Eric, his right-hand man, is now responsible for production.
Laurent hasn’t left the brewery. His ever present passion and successive training courses made him the head brewer, leading a team of five brewers.
Muriel now is director of the quality department, supported by Alexandra, Emilie and Nadia.
Other skilled people arrived to strengthen the team: Guillaume keeps all the equipment running smoothly, while Thierry is in charge of the beer conditioning.
Finally, Armelle and Dominique’s son, Hugo joined the family business, after finishing his studies, bringing all his enthusiasm and youth.
Brasserie Pietra now employs 45 people.
With this great team, new recipes are developed and brewed. These moments are to remember for this passionate collective.
